Can I see what the defined outcomes will be?​

Yes. One of the key benefits of ARK’s buffered ETFs is transparency. Before and during each 12-month period, ARK provides: 

• A defined outcome chart for the ARK Defined Innovation Exposure Term ETFs (ARK DIET) showing the full range of possible returns based on how the reference asset, ARKK – the ARK Innovation ETF, performs. 
• Details on the buffer (50% downside protection), upside hurdle (5%), and estimated participation rate (generally 50-80%). 
• Tools to track the current net asset value (“NAV”), how much of the buffer is left, and how much upside remains.
