How does ARKY compare to buying structured notes directly from a bank?

Bank-issued structured notes offer a similar payoff profile to autocallables, but they come with several structural disadvantages: they typically require six-figure minimums, capital is locked up for the life of the note, tax reporting is complex, and notes are not as customizable. ARKY delivers the same economic exposure, but as a daily-liquid ETF with no minimums, no lock-ups, full portfolio transparency, and straightforward 1099 tax reporting. The trade-off is that the ETF structure introduces its own risks, including market price variation relative to net asset value (NAV) and the operational considerations that come with any fund.
