How often does ARKY pay income, and how is it distributed?

ARKY is designed to pay monthly income. Distributions are paid to shareholders of record and reflect the coupons received by the fund from its portfolio of autocallable positions during that period. Because income is contingent on the underlying stocks staying above their barriers, monthly distribution amounts can vary. There is no fixed or guaranteed distribution level.

Risks Specific to the ARK Venture Fund include but are not limited to:

Communications Sector Risk. The Fund will be more affected by the performance of the communications sector than a fund with less exposure to such sector. Cyber Security Risk. As the use of Internet technology has become more prevalent in the course of business, funds have become more susceptible to potential operational risks through breaches in cyber security. Disruptive Innovation Risk. Companies that the Adviser believes are capitalizing on disruptive innovation and developing technologies to displace older technologies or create new markets may not in fact do so. Financial Technology Risk. Companies that are developing financial technologies that seek to disrupt or displace established financial institutions generally face competition from much larger and more established firms. Next Generation Internet Companies Risk. The risks described below apply, in particular, to the Fund’s investment in Next Generation Internet Companies. Foreign Securities Risk. The Fund’s investments in foreign securities can be riskier than U.S. securities investments. Investments in the securities of foreign issuers (including investments in ADRs and GDRs) are subject to the risks associated with investing in those foreign markets, such as heightened risks of inflation or nationalization. The health care sector may be affected by government regulations and government health care programs, restrictions on government reimbursement for medical expenses, increases or decreases in the cost of medical products and services and product liability claims, among other factors. Liquidity Risk — Synthetic ELNs: There is no liquid secondary trading market for Synthetic ELNs. Terminating the Synthetic ELNs may require the payment of a premium or acceptance of a discounted price and may take longer to complete. These features may adversely impact the value of the Synthetic ELNs and the value of your investment. Equity Securities Risk – Synthetic ELNs: The Fund gains its investment exposure primarily through Synthetic ELNs that reference individual equity securities. The value of these Synthetic ELNs may decline due to market conditions, economic events, industry developments, company-specific factors, changes in interest rates, inflation, or investor sentiment affecting the underlying reference securities. Broad market declines may adversely affect the value of the Fund's investments and performance. SPAC Risk: The Fund's Synthetic ELNs may reference Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs). SPAC investments may be speculative and highly dependent on management's ability to complete and successfully execute a business combination. If a transaction is not completed or does not perform as expected, the value of the referenced SPAC securities, and therefore the Fund's Synthetic ELNs, may decline. New Fund Risk. Limited Loss Risk. There is no guarantee that the Fund will be successful in its strategy to limit the Fund's exposure to losses in the Underlying ETF’s share price to no more than 50% of the Fund’s NAV during the Outcome Period. In the event an investor purchases shares after the commencement of the Outcome Period or redeems shares prior to the end of the Outcome Period, the investor may not fully participate in the share price gains of the Underlying ETF beyond the Hurdle to which the Fund seeks to provide exposure. Derivatives Risk. Derivatives involve risks different from, and, in certain cases, greater than, the risks presented by more traditional investments. These include credit risk, liquidity risk, management risk and leverage risk. Derivative products are highly specialized instruments that require an understanding not only of the underlying instrument but also of the derivative itself, without the benefit of observing the performance of the derivative under all possible market conditions. The failure of another party to a derivative to comply with the terms may cause the Fund to incur a loss. Adverse changes in the value or level of the underlying asset, rate or index can result in a loss substantially greater than the amount invested in the derivative itself. Option Writing Risk. The Fund invests in options that derive their performance from the performance of the Underlying ETF. Writing and buying options are speculative activities and entail investment exposures that are greater than their cost would suggest, meaning that a small investment in an option could have a substantial impact on the performance of the Fund. The Fund’s use of options, due to the cost of the options, will reduce the Fund’s ability to get returns equal to the Underlying ETF. FLEX Options Risk. The Fund utilizes FLEX Options guaranteed for settlement by the OCC, and it bears the risk that the OCC will be unable or unwilling to perform its obligations under the FLEX Options contracts, which is a form of counterparty risk. Additionally, FLEX Options may be less liquid than certain other securities, such as standardized options. The Fund may experience substantial downside from certain FLEX Option positions, and FLEX Option positions may expire worthless. Liquidity Risk.
