When is the best time to buy?

Generally, the best time to buy a buffered ETF is at the start of the 12-month outcome period. Why?
  • That’s when the buffer, hurdle, and participation rate are fully intact.
  • Investors know exactly what their defined outcome can be for the year,
  • Investors are not exposed to mid-period adjustments or pricing changes.

ARK’s Defined Innovation Exposure Term (DIET) ETFs help with this by launching or resetting new buffered ETFs quarterly, so investors don’t have to wait a full year for a new entry point.
