ARKY is co-managed by ARK Investment Management as the primary adviser and SCG Asset Management (SCGAM) as the sub-advisor. ARK defines the investable universe by applying its innovation research framework, the same process that drives the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) and ARK's other funds. SCGAM is a quantitative asset manager specializing in derivatives-driven income strategies, and its principals, Gregory H. Sachs and Spencer G. Sachs, lead the construction and ongoing calibration of the autocallable portfolio. ARK's portfolio managers Cathie Wood and William Scherer also serve as co-managers.
